用户反馈卡片顶部仍有亮线：border:none 已去边框，但 box-shadow 的
inset 0 1px 0 顶部内高光仍形成一条亮边，暗色(.18)/亮色(.85)两处一并移除，
仅保留外部投影保持悬浮感。
