style(Top榜单): 标题大号文字与副标题小字垂直居中——统一 line-height:1

- .title h2 与 .sub 均设 line-height:1，消除行高差异导致的基线/盒子偏移
- flex align-items:center 改按字形中线对齐，副标题不再下沉
