chore: gitignore 忽略 Docker 镜像包，解除 82MB 大文件跟踪

verdaccio-cache-manager-amd64.tar 为本地构建产物，体积大且无入库价值；加入 .gitignore 并解除跟踪，避免每次构建后产生合并噪音。
