fix(ui): 去掉扫描 loading 卡片的外边框，仅保留毛玻璃高光

扫描中遮罩的玻璃卡片移除 1px 描边（暗色/亮色主题），
保留顶部内高光与投影，弱化「卡片感」，视觉更贴合磨砂背景。
