- 新增 bright/dark 双主题设计稿（7 画板 + 登录页效果图）
- 输出设计规范 design-spec.md（token/页面/组件/响应式/动效/部署）
- 需求文档补充缓存目录配置（3.7）与两种部署方式（9.1/9.2）
